 Standard Services:

• Light Fixtures: Cleaning where possible.
• Cobwebs: Removal from internal areas.
• Walls: Spot cleaning of marks.
• Cabinetry: Cleaning inside and out.
• Skirting Boards: Cleaning.
• Switches and Power Points: Cleaning.
• Doors: Spot cleaning.
• Windows: Cleaning both inside and outside, including tracks (reachable from the ground).
• Fly Screens: Cleaning.
• Bathrooms: Comprehensive cleaning of showers, baths, tiles, screens, mirrors, toilets, and basins.
• Floors: Vacuuming, steam cleaning carpets, and mopping hard floors.
• Kitchen: Degreasing hoods, ovens, and cupboards; cleaning exteriors of dishwashers and filters, benchtops, and stoves.
• Laundry Area: Sanitizing and polishing sinks; cleaning exteriors of dryers and washing machines.
• Bedrooms: General dusting and thorough cleaning of wardrobes, both inside and out.

Additional Services (Extra Charges Apply):

• Furnished Properties: Starting at an additional $100.
• Complex Conditions: Applicable for properties with extra kitchens, greasy conditions, marked walls, or excessive mess.
• Rubbish Removal: $200 per trailer (additional government surcharges apply for items like mattresses and tires).
• Garage and Balcony: Sweeping starts from $20; pressure washing from $50.
• Dirty Carpet Cleaning: Onsite quotes required for carpets needing stain removal.
• Specialty Cleaning: Includes blinds, ceiling mold, garage doors, external cobweb removal, kitchen appliances, curtains, couches, mats, walls, and high windows.

Pricing:

• Prices typically require onsite assessment to provide accurate quotes. For reference:
  • Two-bedroom Apartment: Starting at $500.
  • Three-bedroom Townhouse: Starting at $800.
  • Houses: Starting at $1000, with prices varying significantly based on the size and number of rooms.
